Currently, it can update your addons. On first run, it guesses where the list lcurse saved is, and tries to use that..

You need the following perl modules installed to run this:

JSON, HTML::HTML5::Parser, LWP::UserAgent, Pool::Thread and Archive::Extract (and probably a good idea to have Archive::Zip, unless you have zip/unzip or whatever way Archive::Extract falls back to without the perl lib).
